Your Personal Wellness Experience
Our Wellness Center offers a 6-day residential program, founded on the eight natural laws of health, to assist you in making the necessary changes in your life that will help you toward your goal to wellness.
You will learn how to eat healthy, using a plant-based diet. You will lower your blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol. You will lose weight and feel better with improved energy and concentration. You will leave the program feeling like a new person.

6:00 - Rise
6:30 - Group devotional
7:30 - Breakfast
8:30 - Walk
9:00 - Education
10:00 - Program
11:00 - Exercise
12:00 - Rest
1:00 - Lunch
2:00 - Walk
3:00 - Program
4:00 - Program
5:00 - Light Supper
6:00 - Free time or walk
9:00 - Bedtime
We will also offer water treatments, massage therapy as well as cooking classes, and supplements to assist with weight management and wellness.
