What to bring

Please bring a current copy of your medical record to include the following laboratory work-up:
CMP, CBC, Lipid profile, Thyroid function studies, HgA1C, Vitamin B-12 and Vitamin D levels.

Remember to bring with you your medications and diabetics, bring your glucose monitor, strips and lancets for your stay. 

Bring comfortable clothing, modest and non-restricting  along with gym shoes for work-out.  Also bring along linens and towels with washcloth and toiletries as well as shower slippers. You will need comfortable and modest sleepwear and bathrobe. 
You are welcome to bring your i-pods, computers and cell phones, but please keep your cell phone on silent mode and do not use them during any of the structured activities.  

Please note:
You are also asked to participate in a two day natural juice (no sugar added) or fruit fast the Friday and Saturday before your arrival, in addition to drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily.  The following fruits are recommended:

Apples, oranges, grapefruit, pears, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi and pineapple.


Please do not bring any food or valuables.

And, most importantly, please bring a positive, cheerful and cooperative attitude.
